Fifty Years of Christmas Cards: Roy Doty Style

Roy Doty has been cranking out illustrations since the 1940′s and is probably best known for his Wordless Workshop home improvement comic series that ran as a syndicated feature for 50 years. Every year Doty hand draws a new Chrismas card to send out to his friends and associates, with selections from the 1950′s through the aughts, Doty’s Holiday cards feature puzzles, contraptions, and other creative mechanisms.
