When we were kids, a treehouse meant some rusty nails haphazardly shoved into some leftover plywood in the most rickety way possible. We were lucky if the floor was sturdy enough to stand on, much less ever expect to put up walls or a roof. Our treehouses were pathetic at best, negligent at worst, and certainly not anything worth bragging about. Especially after we saw the ridiculous tree mansion those Swiss Family Robinsons got to live in.
So it’s with a little bit of shame and a whole lot of awe that we present the world’s greatest treehouses. These guys not only put effort into their work, they actually made them beautiful to boot.
