SeeBikeSaw Sculpture by Ben Wilson for Brooks England
By AlexIon
The quintessential sea saw sure brings back feelings of nostalgia. What’s even funnier is that although we’re grown-ups now, we still find the whole thing just as appealing. That must be the reason why designer Ben Wilson partnered with Brooks England — one of the world’s oldest bicycle component manufacturers, to come up with the SeeBikeSaw. Intended as a thematic sculpture for this year’s 100% Design London exhibition, this playful concept has just been reinvented with a thick bike frame, a Brooks B33 sprung saddle and leather bar tape. An amazing fusion between a traditional bike and a children’s favorite, the SeeBikeSaw tickles our memories, for sure! [via Viacomit]
