Fold-Out Shelving: Utility Meets Art
By Chris Weiss
For those tired of the monotony of their living room wall, designer Mark Kinsley offers a glimmer of hope. Rather than mundane, immobile shelving used to hold up books, speakers, vases, pictures, and other odds and ends, Kinsley presents fold-out shelving that doubles as wall art. Fold individual shelves out as required/desired or leave them up to reveal a stunning image on the underside. Tire of that arrangement and reorganize in seconds to get a fresh look. Check out the gallery below to see just what the shelving could do for your home. [via core77]

Oh yes, This is an absolutely gorgeous look ! I am fanatical about shelving. My major was interior design and I have taken my life work in combining the practical shelf and even the Heavy Duty Shelves with specific design requirements for my clients. Love the work.
