Zebrano TV Stand

Though this piece is just taking up a lot of space in the particular arrangment in which it’s displayed, it certainly would be a nice addition to any home where one actually puts his television on it. The mix of MDF, zebrano ply and glossy black finish provide a striking piece worthy of that multi-thousand-dollar plasma TV. Ari Hellami decided to design the piece after he couldn’t find anything suitable in stores. He’s certainly taken his living room a step beyond IKEA. [via Industrial Design Served]
