Concrete Things Chair by Komplot

At the 2009 Stockholm Furniture Fair, Denmark-based Komplot Design stunned everyone with their striking Concrete Things outdoor furniture collection. Designed by Poul Christiansen and Boris Berlin for Swedish manufacturer Nola, the massive Concrete Things Chair has a moulded shape inspired by the weightless lines of the grid chair. It comes with hollowed out seats, pavement inspired furnishings and seems comfortable enough to sit on, after a long day out and about. The Concrete Things Chair will be on show at CODE09 for the Copenhagen Design Week just outside of Rigshospitalet, so if you’re around this weekend don’t hesitate to stop by and rest for a while.
