Russel Hill Road Rehab By GH3 Design Team

The Russel Hill Road House is a survival story. Built in the 1970s, the home suffered several renovations that divided its open floor plan into small, cellular spaces. A recent rehab by a team at GH3 released the Toronto home back into the open with a large, loft-like space that spans the length of the house and a new glass wall that brings inside an exterior garden. The interior was stripped down and scaled back, revealing structural elements finished with neutral, often white, hues and textures, which helps extend and unify the spacious home.
