Bravo! to Air Reality TV Artist Competition

Assuming one can convince himself that real art can actually be derived from reality television, then an upcoming television series slated for a spot on Bravo might be worth looking into. The series, produced by Sarah Jessica Parker, follows in suit of other professionally-inspired reality shows such as Top Chef in pitting 13 artist-finalists against each other for a grand prize of a gallery show, a cash prize and a sponsored national museum tour. Outside of this premise, details are scant and there’s no indication of when the show will air, how much the cash prize will be or even what the series will be called. Auditions are underway in cities around the country including New York, Chicago and Miami.
