Glass Jodlowa House Near Krakow, Poland

People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones — they should throw parties. The Jodlowa House near Krakow was a joint project by teams at PCKO Architects and MOFO Architects. Together the firms built a fully glazed glass house with a footprint so minimal, it floats above its green lot. The steel-framed house has two bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool and a five-story guest tower, complete with a top-floor study with sweeping views of the Polish countryside. Ceiling and floor openings help the house hug and preserve a mature tree, which helps honor the home’s main houseguest: Mother Nature. [via homedesignfind]
