Jeweler’s German Home Is An Architectural Gem

When German jewelry designer Georg Spreng wanted a residential gem built in Wissgoldingen, he commissioned the master designers at Stuttgart’s C18 Architecture. The 6,700 square-foot project was conceived as a series of gleaming white cubes with a stunning façade clad in white tiles. Sliding floor-to-ceiling curtains surround the home, which is outlined by large windows and filled with contemporary furniture and modern fixtures. Inside, spots of color and texture are scattered throughout the home like jewels atop bright glass and plastic surfaces and built-in seating, and on dark wood used throughout the home on countertops and architectural embellishments.
