On the outside, this three-bedroom Phoenix rebuild showcases classic mid-century design. Inside, Richard Britt’s retro lines have undergone a modern remodel by Ulrich Hauser, who outfitted the $359,000 home with new European cabinetry and updated bath and kitchen spaces with shiny stainless steel fixtures and appliances.
