We get it, alright. Rampant consumerism has conflated the terms “want” and “need,” and therefore we as a people are always after the latest thing, which wouldn’t be so bad if we didn’t keep throwing out the gadgets we’ve already got. Understood. Really though, we’re just here to admire the beautifully sculpted cardboard tech, because it looks neat and reminds us of how much we really do like all those useless gadgets. My favorite is the cardboard Nintendo DS, which could only be improved with a cardboard stylus. Is British designer Kyle Bean saying Nintendo shouldn’t release so many incremental upgrades, then?  Brilliant work, touching statemet. [Kyle Bean]
