Correct. The waterline is just below the window sill. But, the floor line inside is well below the water line.

I've been to Taliesen West and I can't say I've ever seen a more beautiful home. Made me want to be an architect for like 3 years of my life until I realized I could never do what Frank does.

Most noteably significant of the Dow home is that it is built right into a surrounding pond, with the water level just inches above the home’s windows

where's Barragan House in Mexico city? That's one of the most beautiful examples of an architect's house…you should check it out.

I think they design better for money … then for their own pockets… I wasn't impressed… maybe because I don't know anything… but just the same their works outside of their own property are much better…
