Muston Street House

Built with a view of a national parkland and an ocean on the horizon, the Muston Street House was made with a practical layout and pleasing materials. Located in the Mosman neighborhood of Sydney, Australia, the home was constructed from a series of platforms with exterior walls and screens that open and close to tailor the shade and privacy needs of its owners. Architects at Fox Johnston used tactile materials like wood, glass, Bluestone and Anthra-Zinc throughout the home, which is arranged with living, sleeping and entertaining areas situated on the west side and an east wing that encloses a living area and outdoor pool deck.
